We have a 60 day return policy where the customer may request a return for any of the following reasons:

  • The item does not fit
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Doesn't work or defective
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Arrived damaged

Items can be returned back for a refund or for a replacement provided that stock is available.

We must be notified within 48 hours about any damages upon arrival to the package or the item itself.


Where do we ship?

We currently ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

When do we ship?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed from Monday to Friday by 3PM central time will be shipped out the same day. If an order is placed after 3PM CST on a Friday, the order will ship the following business day which is a Monday.

Which shipping services do we use?

We use USPS and UPS for our shipments. The vast majority of items will ship out via USPS with the First Class Mail or Priority Mail service. If you have a specific need to have your item shipped via UPS or need an expedited shipping service, you may choose so at the check out under the shipping options.

What if my package is lost or I have not received it?

At times, USPS may not update the tracking on time and the delivery of the package can be delayed. This is less of an issue with UPS. Unfortunately we do not have control of the delivery of the package once it is out of our hands and has been picked up by the carrier. If a package has not been delivered according to the tracking within 14 days, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or a replacement (provided that we have the item in stock) according to the customer's choice.


Spartan Technologies reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.  This includes but not limited to, errors in the listing such as incorrect description, pricing errors and stock outs.
